DSV courier non delivery company

I Received a message that my MTN parcel will be delivered see below,

Your MTN order will be delivered today. Please note that DSV driver will be collecting Proof of Residence,Copy of ID and MTN Tax Invoice. Your MTN Tax invoice will be supp**** upon delivery. DSV Road. *** To track your item, please visit our website on https://clientzone.za.dsv.com/trackandtrace

This never happened nor did anyone call me to explain why this wasn't delivered

The follow day I had to call their office to find out why but there was no explanation on why this wasn't delivered

So I then made new arrangements deliver for the 20th November between 11 am and 13h00 this also never happened again without an explanation on what the problem was

This is supposed to be my new MTN contract cellphone but I feel like I should cancel the delivery and notify MTN why I am canceling the contract
