DSV COURIER COMPANY - BAD SERVICE - NO DELIVERY- NO FEEDBACK

upgraded my phone on the 12.02.2018 courier company promised to deliver on the 20.02.2018 between 11 and 1hpm no phone call - no delivery so I phoned them on the 21.02.2018 and they say that the phone was not delivered and cannot give me a reason. Then they give me a Krugersdorp address..that does not belong to me. I requested an sms to confirm that the phone will be delivered on the 22/02/2018 but still have not received anything

WHY DOES MTN DIRECT deal with a courier company that provides such pathetic service I request my phone to be delivered urgently as I am paying for something that I don't have. MTN DIRECT - I thought MTN DIRECT was fast therefore I dealt with them- THE MTN stores are so much more efficient.
