Dstv just awful experience

Enjoy Free Twitter with MTN! :) AM really disappointed with your services been calling you your agents said I must email my proof of payment and my date premium is still disconnected and I since paid on the 25 and you guys did this cause you want to force me to have a debit order which I had and cancelled because you took it on the wrong date I ended having t pay penalties every time. If you guys are going to keep up with this than refund me for paying what I already did cause am not getting services and I will find another provider
