Dropping of calls
I have been calling MTN since January trying to cancel my contract but the calls are getting dropped and when I call 173 they say there is no problem with 808 number and they can't assist me. I go to the MTN shop I get to be told I must call 808. Every time I call I get given the options and it rings and the calls get dropped it happened in January till to date. The calls are getting dropped purposely I remember this was happening at the SABC licence dept and people were suspended. I want my money back please you can track my calls from your systems
