Driver returned back with my parcel due Biometric device

You know was supposed to leave to Swaziland two weeks back But I couldn't go because of MTN SA and DSV so tomorrow will give DSV a chance to proof them as they have to deliver my parcel tomorrow both MTN and DSV they must sort out the Biometric device DSV is blaming MTN about biometric device yet MTN blaming DSV about we suffer the consequences as customers DSV promise to deliver tomorrow between 10 to 12 Am so I am waiting but no notification has indicated to that DSV will come tomorrow I do trust them but I will wait
