I purchased a Modem 18th March on contract. The store could not activate the sim on the Friday due to being offline. It was only done on Saturday. There appears to be damage caused to the sim tray when my sim got stuck, due to the Public holiday I cpould only take it to Corporate Cellular on Tue 22nd March for repair. I was informed the modem will have to go to to MTN head office and it will take 2 weeks, BUT the stores driver is on leave until Tuesday 29th, so it will only be repaired 2 weeks after then. So now repairs will take 3 weeks. I got 30G data when purchasing the modem which expires in 30 days. i.e 21 April. Because the store does not have a driver (or a loan modem) I will not be able to use the 30g data by expiry!!!!! Why should the customer be the one affected by the store's driver being on leave??? Why must I loose my 30g data as a result of it? And also my 2 g data on the monthly contract. What is MTN going to do about this situation? on top of this MTN de-activated my acc for being over the credit limit. When I asked if I should pay in I got told \ no it will be re-activated\". I have been without service for almost 2 days! At a time when I am looking for a job!

"
