Dreadful new customer experience

I have two Black Friday contracts approved through Buy Mondo. All documents have been submitted. Numerous attempts to get Mondos attention failed, I logged a complaint with MTN customer service, with no attempt from MTN to make contact and resolve the issue other than a ref number
