Drastic overcharging
I have tried to phone, no luck, I have emailed to [Email Removed] on the 18th June 2015... no response. I went onto their complaints web page on the 18th June and received an automatic reply giving me a reference number MTN REQ:***.....still no assistance. My monthly account ranges from R450 to max R902 over a 6 month period this month I have an account for R2909.45... what is going on here and I can get no one to help me, I feel as though there is something very wrong here and no I have not been overseas.....
