Dragging their heels and costing me money.

<p>I have requested a contract number to be changed to Prepaid. The first attempt has not materialized and it has cost me another month subscription because these *********** idiots cannot or should I rather SAY...Do not want to make it happen because they lose subscription revenue so they just give you excuse after excuse of why it did not happen and then tell you it's been elevated and in the end nothing ever happens.. Now Will you M O R O N S refund me the last month subscription which I cancelled and which I have now been debited with because of MTN's incompetence and what's more the second attempt has also not materialized and the contract is still in place..I have listed the reference number in the details.</p>
