Got an sms for an upgrade, been sent from pillar to post. Brooklyn mall and square MTN shops. *********** staff not willing to help or does not have the necessary skills to do so. Been with MTN for about 10 years. Got an sms that my contract has now suddenly been cancelled.????? What a joke. Sure Vodacom will receive me with open arms. Pathetic is all I have to say about this!!!! I am a Dentist and does not have the time to run around every day and this after I have submitted all necessary documentation. ***
