dpa breach
About a month ago I added a data bolt on on my mtn account and as I was going through the security procedure with the agent like I normally do when I call up, I was not asked for my security pin just my 1st name and number and I was told the data was loaded.

I spoke to many people and have taken down names times and dates of all the conversations I had with agents and managers to have this investigated and dealt with .

A manager has told me that dpa has been breached and just kept telling me off until I eventually ended the call and when I called again for a transcript of the call which I was promised and was told I was going to get callbacks upon callbacks and nothing was done until I called up again and spoke to another manager who told me that dpa was not breached and it's upto the advisor to decide based on description if I was the account holder.

I don't feel my information is safe with mtn any longer and wish to be compensated for all the misinformation and failed promises and not even an apology and incompetence of anyone there for not taking any form of ownership of my concern as I was just let go of and been **** to by the managers and agents who I've spoken to
