downgrade me and cancel my other 2 contracts

I don't know how MTN runs it's business. I can't always struggle to make changes to my account be it cancelling or downgrading. I have been going up and down trying to get just to get assisted. I downgraded and cancelled 2 contracts serviced notice but still got charged. I called and was told they didn't have the cancellation on the system but I gave them the reference number, You better resolve this issue before I report you to ombudsman.
