DOWN FOR ALMOST A MONTH AFTER MTN BREAKS SERVICE

Im having endless trouble after upgrading two of my contracts, services immediately stopped working(MTN BROKE THESE SERVICES, ITS OBVIOUS SINCE IT WORKED FINE UNTIL THE UPGRADE INITIATED), they ended up sending me new sim-cards with the courier to do a "sim-swop" and I am unable to communicate with the "Account Manager" that initiated this transaction. Both these numbers are used for business and security and have been dead since 06/05/2025. Pathetic really...
