Double subscription from MTN on 2 contracts

Nobody seems to be able to help me regarding my query, I have called customer care , and I am well aware of my Spend limit, but 2 of my 3 contracts are double the subscription and I have top up contracts not an open line??

Nobody seems to understand, i called both stores in welkom and I am still waiting for a call back,
