Double standard
I was a 2016 Black Friday client when I tried to upgrade 2018 I heard about the made for M with 40 GB day and 40 GB night data plus an additional 450 minutes I asked the agent for this and was told no It is not a deal I then asked for the manager and was put through to Mr #### who gave me the made for me M with 1Gb extra data and 150 mins extra he told me there was no 40gb day and 40gb nite plus 450 mins for 199 I later learnt that my brother who upgraded on the MTN made for me M had got the additional 40gb data day and night plus the 450 minutes this is really unfair and disappointing service and dual standards I have 2 contracts with MTN I would like both my accounts to be credited with the correct data
