Double promotion service fee?????
I open my bill today to see that my debitorder is now a R1470 instead of R870. My promotion service fee is suddenly double, more than a R1000.00. Is my phone worth twice as much as it was 5 months ago??? Do you expect another R800 to magically appear in my budget and bank account? I have a call limit of R0. 00 or a damn reason. After being with Mtn for more than 15yrs I now have to deal with **** like this. Who gave permission for this? I want this sorted out. I guess I'll be joining Vodacom after all.

Kindly note that you were not charged a service fee for January. The fee was then included in your February invoice. This is the reason for the double charge on your promo fee.
