Double payment, quick to take but slow RESOLVE PROBLEMS

Good morning

I paid my account via TRF from my FNB account and it reflected as paid same day, but still a debt order went of later on the sameday 25/03/2026.

I need one of the amounts to be paid back today into my account, see can't afford to pay double, this is *****ling my money.

MTN Is quick to take money from my account but when they take it in error you struggle to get it back. I always pay upfront via bank EFT.

REFUND me back I don't want it in credit as the next amount is only to be paid 25/04/2026, not double payment on 25/03/2026.
