Double Payment

Good Afternoon , i am very disappointed with treatment my mother got from MTN Richards Bay , first of all her contract was owing and on the 10th of October she paid R1265 , and the initial balance was R2780.97. And then by the 17th mtn was supposed to debit the balance, but they debited the whole R2780.97.

But yesterday 15/11/23 mtn debited the whole R2780.97, so my mother went to MTN and was helped by a guy called Sandile Kenneth Vilane , who when she follows up with him today , he is shouting and not patient in explaining why he requires the information he is looking for from my mother . Now my mom is left scared now thinking maybe Mr Sandile is now ****ing her, and she is left with problem not solved. And she can not even concentrate and she an old lady who has been mtn's client for over 27 years .

She needs her refund and all her contracts cancelled. *** .
