Double deduct..contract ********

Mtn double debited my account and 3months later they still give me the run around with regards to crediting my account. The wonderboom junction shop in Pretoria North also takes me back and forth. They also **********ly altered my contract dates to 5months prior to when I I signed. No one is able to assist.
