Double debited, no help, not happy!!
Not happy. Debited twice this month. Never have i ever in 10 years with MTN had issues regarding billing, never have i missed a payment too. 2months ago i asked to change my debit order from the end of month to the 5th. I understand that it was to late for that month and i was still debited on the last day. However this month i was debited twice. Yes. Twice. I struggled 2hours now 11pm at night to get through to a consultant after holding on 20mins i get cut off. I was debited on the 1st and the 5th this month. Im not sure what is going on at MTN please sort this out. I have 4 contracts with u, 2 is due for upgrade i will camcel all 4 during this year.

04 Jul 2020, 11:36So, it took MTN two weeks to answer me, there after I was offered different packages across 3 of my 4 contracts. I had to reply to the email to accept it. I rep****, it took them a further week to reply by a different person "Go to a MTN store with documents". This is the response I get as a 10 year MTN customer. The "Alice van Der merwe who deals with complaints for MTN that orginally sent me a response via email proceeded to BLOCK me on whatsapp after enquiring about the 3week delay in response, please get RID of your useless staff that has absolutely no Customer Service s****s. You cannot put cellphone numbers in emails for direct contact methods and then block your clients after they make contact. I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED in your service and I will stop 3 of my 4 contacts this year that are due for renewal. I cannot see how you send me a offer to migrate 3 of my 4 contracts to different packages with new prices and then go silent. That is ****ED UP.
