Double debited every month
1) Since I have signed up to receive MTN mobile insurance. Since then I have been double debited every month despite reporting it to them. I have reported it twice telephonically and once via email. No one bothers to reply to the email and nothing done after telephonically reporting the matter.

2) I opened an enquiry with regards to my \packet switched data call"AKA mobile internet service- being billed way too high. No one has bothered to get back to me... Rather"
