Double debit. Cannot get in touch with anyone
I have regularly paid my accounts via debit order. I have had an R882.14 stop order. I expect my applicable portion for the servic eand package I received as contracted to be R449. The dffirence is to be reversed. Unacceptable. I cannot get hold of anyone to reverse or even explain the reason as to why this has been done

An upgrade was done on your number in May and taken a different package with different charges. The charges below are exclusive of vat.
The package is R127.19
Promo fees R345.61. This is for the handset taken that was out of the package.
Hardware fees - 137.74. This is a continuation from the previous package.
Once off upgrade fees R92.10.
