Double debit

Double payment suddenly due to changes on their systems. Contract signed, pay end of each month for years. Suddenly it must be in advance and bankaccout get debited double payment. Not informed at all. If there were not enough money in my account who gets the bad record??? It is not fair to any *** (client for years) service very very bad could nof help me at store or telephonically.
