Double debit ..

Recently took out an unlimited data contract .I was charged a pro rata amount R501.00and then billed a further R823.00 in September.I sat on the a call to MTN for over 20 minutes ans was transsfereed 4 times and have had no response.MTN was quick to wrongfully debit my account and not quick enough to respond when an issue is raised .
