Double charging

Hi I took cell phone on contract, for 3 months now the payment has been in convincing, firstly i was charged for data while the phone is always on WiFi then the next month i was double charged. This month again i was double charged when i called, i was told the payment while i had money in my account and i can prove that.

I will not let this go
