DOUBLE CHARGING

I sent my contract phone for servicing at MTN IPIC Centre at Vredenburg and was told by the salesperson that I must use my warranty because the phone still has a warranty and not my insurance with 24hour mobility that I joined at MTN and now MTN wants R300.00 for not servicing my phone and the insurance also wants R150.00 to service the phone but can't take the phone from MTN and now I'm double charged as I have to pay both and not that I didn't show the salesperson that I have insurance for my phone.
