Double charged when loading data at MTN!!!!!!

<p>I have lodged a formal complaint at MTN Newton Park Ref no is ********** . I hsve a contract and when checking my statements discovered I have been overcharged to the amount of R870 for data I have not received! The assistant at MTN confirmed this as well when he assisted me to lodge a complaint on 5 September 2016.</p> <p>I had loaded data telephonically via Customer centre between March and September and was charged twice for the data.In March it was R130 ,June R130, July R130, August R240 and September R240! This totals to R870 which is owing to me by MTN.I want to be refunded immediately! I believe this is happening to many other people as well!This is ****************!</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Kindly be advised that a credit request has been sent to the billing division to assist with credits due. Please note that for September there is no double billing. Credit requested is for march, june, july and august 2016. Please be advised that the turnaround time for the request is 7/14 working days.
