Double charged issue!

I'm on contract with MTN and end of last month, they charged me twice. Each week I've been trying to get them to resolve this double charge. Their consultants are able to see the problem on their side but the hold up seems to be with the finance department. My reference number/query (***) was closed on Friday without them paying me back. I hardly ever have issue with MTN until now. Terribly unimpressed!
