Double charge for hand set
I was with Nashua Mobile and their contracts were taken over by the MTN service provider. I upgraded my contract with a new hand set in February 2016 with MTN SP. I now notice that I'm still getting billed for the old Nashua hand set. <br> <br> I tried to resolve the issue with customer care but they insist that I need to pay the Nashua hand set fee until the end of the original Nashua contract. I was not made aware of this issue when upgrading with MTN SP. <br> <br>

Kindly be advised that as per the terms and conditions the HW/Fees must be paid in full 24 months. The termination date for that upgrade is 2016-06-07 . Please be advised that you need to contact customer care on the 2016-06-08 to request for the HW/fee to be removed.
