Double Billing Again
Unfortunately this is not the case. My bank account was double deducted again on the 15 of August this month. I reported it again to MTN with *** 18/08/2015. Up to today this has not been resolved.

According to our records the money was not deducted from your account. The debit for June and July was returned by your bank ,No refund due as the customer firstly requested for the debit order date change and again their double debit returned unpaid plus the shortfall payment.
