Double billing
After endless emails today back and forth between myself and MTN I haven't received a clear answer. It looks like a copy and paste job. Trying to clear up a double billing issue is mission impossible. Closing Balance 11/04/2019 R767.69 Opening Balance 11/04/2019 R1535.38 That is double on 3 accounts! Now i have a 30 day overdue balance of R767.69. Trying to explain your billing policy to me is not helping. I know how it works (or how it's supposed to)!! For ONLY this month it appeared out of no where! How can my bill double in one single day??? And no, I am not debited at the end of the month but on the 15th. If you had taken my problem seriously (which you didn't) you would have known that! The attachment only directs me to your wegotu.mtn site.

Still does not explain the doubling of my account in one day. 11/04. I will take your word it but seeing is believing. Until my invoices and statements are corrected I trust nothing.
