Dormant Wi-Fi Router

Took out an MTN Wi-Fi contract,had it delivered on the 18th of August 2023 was told it would be activated after 48 hours,it is now more than 72 hours and I still do not have access to the internet. I called client services only to be put through to the Internet activations department where I was told to unplug and plug in my Wi-Fi router that took 40 minutes of this endless cycle with still no help. I paid for the Wi-Fi router yet it’s just standing dormant in my home ,if you are not going to help me refund me my money and I will apply for a wifi router by another service provider.
