Dont Waste your time

I Informed MTN I would be paying my account earlier and the agreed not to debit me. Once I paid my account confirmation was sent that they received it. And what do you know... I still got debited. Its day 8 of me fighting for my refund. Today only did I receive a ticket number. What nonsense is that?? These consultants dont know what they are doing. They keep dragging out the dates, You have to constantly phone yourself if you want feedback. I am not happy about this.
