Don't want to send me my paid up letter, and did not update my bureau that the debt is paid up and it's 2 months now.

I had contract with them, I paid up the account 2 months ago but they are still giving me a problem with paid up letter, I tried requesting paid up letter and they keep on giving me stories yet they agree that they received the payment.
