Dont want my business
<p>A lady who does not have contact details, Kerry Heath, is uncontactable, becasue switchboard and 2 further call takers just put you through to "wherever" to get rid of you and then the phone dies anyway. Typical dont care attitude which infuriates me. They cannot do a debit order for a registered bank so I cannot buy my phone. Apparently this has been going on for a year. Maybe Vodacom is the answer</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
MTN works and accepts debit orders from most of the Banks. The bank that I know normally has issues is Capitec bank. Most of their debit orders don`t get honoured.
Please advise of the bank that you are using and the concerns that were raised.
