Dont use MTN's insurance!!!!!

I hereby would like to stress to the public not to consider MTN's insurance. I have had my insurance for more than a year. last week i dropped my child off at the preschool and on my return to my vehicle i have noticed my handbag with my cell phone is gone. I followed all the procedures MTN has put in place, yet MTN has declined my claim as they are not aware what and how the ********* in SA are operating. MTN has got no sympathy when going through a experience as i had.
