Don't use MTN they will ***** your money!!!!!

My wife's and my cell contract ended in January 2020 and we requested that our numbers be moved to prepaid, which we have confirmed in emails. Yet a year later they are still deducting the contract amounts every month for both phones form our bank accounts. We have had our follow-up emails and requests ignored over the months and MTN have left us with no way to rectify this. I suggest you steer clear of this company, I was a customer of theirs for 19 years and they have proven that they have zero concern for their long standing customers. I shudder to think how they treat their new customers.

I am reporting this matter to the Ombudsman, it's nothing short of theft.
