Dont use MTN they take your money even if you are right

*******! My contact ran from the 4th of September 2020 with a 24 month contract whiche means the contact will expire on the 4th of September 2022 yet August billing was out of contract rate meeting MTN loves ****ing there loyal customers. But thats not where it end I try and upgrade on the 26th of August at a nearby store and then you systems are down which makes me wonder are your systems and beter the department of home affairs. Due to your ******* system I only received my goods on the 6th of September but now I am billed yet again out of bundle rates.
