Dont use MTN. No customer service

I app**** for a contract. I spent 12-15 on the phone with the agent who helps me through the steps. I was pre approves but couldnt continue due to system being slow. The agent continued to keep me updated. I received an email wanting documents to do a credit check. I waited for the agent to call, they did but kept dropping the phone. Then I receive an email my application was declined without me even sending the documents which I still dont know what they wanted.

The customer service is just as worst. Nobody really wants to assist you. Getting in touched with an agent or customer service is the worst.
