Don't use MTN as Cell phone provider

Most shocking cell phone provider when it comes to customer service. To reach them for support is non-existent. The 083 135 number a pathetic setup with prompts not supportive or user friendly at all. Option to speak to a consultant on the voice prompt but not working. Absolutely shocking. Had to reach them urgently due to ***** in accounts and it was such a mission. Please don't use MTN
