Don't USE MTN

Coming here to try to get my refund, MTN incorrectly debited my account to the value of 7 K I have been through the entire call center and spoken to the lights of sibosiso , Sharon, Linda, natasha AND THE SUPERVISOR all i get told is it will be processed and then I get no response and left unread no answered emails nothing !!!!!!
