Don’t use MTN

I can’t believe how MTN treats it’s customers. It’s crazy, I have just done a contract upgrade to my MTN 1tb and I can’t get any internet service. I have made numerous calls and attempts to have the issue resolved. They keep escalating the issue but no one can answer or assist. Absolutely pathetic service from SA leading services provider
