Don't use MTN!!!

MTN must be the worst company to go to for a phone contract!! I'm 81years old and nearly fainted when I received my bill this month standing on R2600.where it should have been only R398. Somebody *****ulently bought data on my account.and I immediately repported this with their ***** department. They told me I'm still using the old app and must download the new app which I did. I then went in to their nearest shop where I was told that the new app doesn't work and i can't get the old app back!!! So now I have no MTN app. They did no investigation on the ***** that was committed and the full amount of R2600 was deducted from my bank account!! 🙄 😪😭!!!! As a pensioner I'm devastated.
