Don’t use DSV to deliver your packages if you want happy customers.

Do not use DSV to deliver your packages to your clients. I singed up for a package from MTN, but they use DSV to deliver. I was expecting delivery yesterday as per communication between DSV and myself. DSV did not deliver! When I contacted DSV today I found out they will not be delivering the package today and now want to make alternate arrangements. The service is so bad from DSV that I actually want to cancel my package from MTN all together costing MTN a potential client.
