Dont use Capitec to buy MTN data!!!!

I bought R99 mtn data on the 12th of September using my capitec banking app.The money was deducted however no data was loaded.I called both MTN and Capitec and received no assistance ,everytime I call I get rude consultants that tell me to call after 48 hours.I left my bank thinking Capitec is for the people but I was wrong.I still haven't received my data up to date.
