Don't upgrade to Samsung A36 UNRELIABLE

The worst unreliable Samsung phone ever...Samsung A36...just upgraded...first the trained MTN consultants at MTN East Rand Mall could not move/ copy from old phone to A36...lost all my WhatsApp messages for the last 4 years all gone!!!! No training received!!! New A36 battery last 3 hours...charging socket very sticky...jumping screens by itself will NOT recommend this product- FJ BEKET- CELL ***
