DON’T UPGRADE @ MTN

I made the mistake to upgrade my existing ., pre-paid number to 24 month contract. Absolute nightmare First no service, then no data, then voice mail not working. Now I can’t receive messages. People calling are told the number does not exist.

Multiple calls to customer care - hard resets etc etc. and still not resolved
