DON'T TRY TO MAKE CHANGES AT MTN TO YOUR CONTRACT - SHOCKING

Shocking service. I have an MTN account and would like to change it to pre-paid as we would like to buy a phone. Trying to do this change since the 7th of March 2023. Calling the retention department is a shock. Yesterday got dropped seven times. The termination fees change all the time. During the day it changed twice which forces us to go to the store again. You need to get the value from calling them and then do payment in store and then call again. It is as if they make it as difficult as possible to make changes. My total time spend on trying to make this change is more than 8 hours.
