DONT TRUST MTN NETWORK WITH YOUR MONEY

The worst network provider. After almost 2 decades, someone's swapped our number with *****ulent intentions. MTN service provider promised that it will take 24 hours for the number to be swapped back.

More than 24 hours passed with no help. We then spoke to Lerato Boikidi from Cape Town call center and she could not help us nor get the manager by the name of Zikhona Bokoto on the line.

We then called again and spoke to Akho whom was the worst as she kept on putting us on hold claiming it was "system issue".

We are now heading to the bank to prevent any money going off the accounts.

We are looking to cancel the entire contract with MTN for our businesses as a mere issue like this is too much for them.
