DONT TRUST MTN

MTN IS THE MOST USELESS NETWORK PROVIDER EVER. I made the mistake of taking a cellphone through the contact center when upgrading my contract. I have since returned the phone as the consultant made the mistake of capturing the incorrect phone for me. I sent it back and it was confirmed they have it and they have cancelled the phone, yet I am still being debited. Apparently no one can speak to the accounts department, what BULL. Today, I get a debit order for R16? R16K?

What in the world am I being debited for? Can someone who knows what they are doing contact me on ***. I am stopping all debit orders to MTN until you can give me answers. I don't owe you anything, you have your phone and sim card.
